- Pre-solicitation notice/Synopsis The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) 20181RQ056, the RFP will be posted on or about March 4, 2010. This requirement will consist of repairing and rehabilitation of concrete fish raceways at William's Creek National Fish Hatchery. This RFP will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking but, not limiting the procurement to certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990 -All other Specialty Trade Contractors. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
