- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-10-R-0002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 423620 with a 500 employee size standard. This RFQ contains 3 line items. The line items descriptions are as follows: Non-personal services to purchase appliances for new 3-story dormitory on Langley AFB. ---0001: Eighteen (18) Summit (b416-1) Two-Burner Range Top -- Brand Name or Equal; Capacity: 21-0 inch; Dimensions:2 5/8"x21x12" (HxWxD); Color: White; Features: Cutout dimensions 20"x10.75"; Ceramic glass, Quick to heat radiant ribbon elements 120 volt, 20 AMP; Price to include all electrical cables and adapters. Dimensions must be exact. ---0002: Eighteen (18) GE Profile Refrigerator with Ice-Maker: 21.7 Cubic Feet (PTS22LHS). Top Freezer Refrigerator with Internal Water Dispenser (White); Brand Name or Equal; Price to include all electrical cables and adapters.. ---0003: Eighteen (18) Microwave Oven GE Profile (JVM1790WK) 1.7 Cubic Feet Over-the range; Color: White Brand Name or Equal; Price to include all electrical cables and adapters.
