Description
This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT900014A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38, effective 10 Dec 2009, DCN 20090825, and AFAC 2009-1030. This acquisition will be solicited as total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. The business size standard is $14.0M.The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is N041. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1711. Requirement Description: Install AC unit CLIN 0001: Installation of 1 TOPP model MOB-250SEH portable air conditioner, vendor will connect unit mechanically and electrically, test run and start up the unit. Vendor will also supply all material, and labor necessary to perform all operations in accordance with the attached SOW. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
