- Revised Agreement Revised solicitation Gas and Metering Amended as followed to include: 1. An addendum adding a requirement for gas and water meters is posted. 2. A revised Agreement is posted. This adds CLIN 13A to the contract price form for the gas and water meters. 3. A revised Solicitation is posted. This revises the Price Realism provision, adds procedural language to the evaluation process, and adds a requirement for Offerors seeking Experience credit for subcontractors to add language about the subcontractors to the narrative.
