- RECOVERYThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The solicitation number is Q9455100029, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quote. The NAICS code is 327390 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This solicitation will result in award of one fixed-price contract. This requirement is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the contractor must meet all reporting requirements as described in FAR 52.204-11. The Contractor shall report the required information using the online reporting tool available at www.Federal Reporting.gov. The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase nine (9) 6' x 4' x 4' concrete electrical vaults with double door diamond plate, locking cover, pre-formed knockouts, galvanized "C" channel, galvanized pulling iron delivered to Mount Rainier National Park. Delivery: F.O.B. Destination to: Mount Rainier National Park, Longmire Campground, Longmire, WA 98397. Pre-delivery notification shall be made to allow for gate access to the Longmire Campground back road which is reached via Skate Creek Rd. PRICE SCHEDULE: CLIN0001, Quantity nine (9) 6' x 4' x 4' concrete Electrical Vaults $____________Lump Sum Delivered CLAUSES & PROVISIONS: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of "best value" to the contractor that the Government determines can best satisfy the objectives and requirements of this Request for Quotations, in a manner most advantageous to the Government, e.g. capable of supplying all items, delivered at a fair and reasonable price. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be considered eligible for award. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Quoters must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, with its offer, or be electronically registered at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
