- Wage Determination- PG County Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Specs Invitation For Bid Package The U.S.D.A. Natural Resources Conservation Service Maryland Office is soliciting bids for a contractor to replace an existing culvert and install a new bridge. The new bridge specifications and design are specified in attachments with this announcement. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, equipment, materials and supplies required to successfully complete the project on time and within schedule in compliance with drawings and specifications. Award will be made in sufficient time for planning and preparation to complete work as directed by the Contracting Officer. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and will be made to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. The estimated construction range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Sealed Bids with the Announcement Number NRCS-MD-PMC-001 shall be on the front side of the envelope containing bid package shall be due at the Contracting Officer's office NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME, MARCH 30, 2010. Opening of bids will take place at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at 339 Busch's Frontage Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21409. In addition, to be considered for award, CONTRACTORS MUST ATTEND THE SITE SHOWING. The site showing shall take place at 10:00 A.M., Plant Material Center, Building 509, BARC-East Beaver Dam Road, Beltsville, Maryland 20705-0001. Bids received from contractors that did not attend the site showing will not be considered. Bidders shall be required to sign in at the showing.
