- RECOVERY Carrizo Plain Oak Fencing Project under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS WHOM ARE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTER (CCR), WITH NAICS CODE 238990 SIZE STANDARD $14 M. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a three parts project in Carrizo Plain National Monument, San Luis Obispo County. See SOW for detailed information. It is the intent of the government to award a firm fixed price construction contract. Receipt of award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
