- Description
- The U S Naval Hospital, Guam intends to enter into negotiation with Siemens, Inc. 169 H. V. Dela Costa Street, Makati City, Philippines with the intend of awarding a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13-106-1(b). The resulting contract will perform preventive maintenance on one(1) Govt owned Sequoia Ultrasounic Scanning System, Model # 08245875, Serial Number: 61981, located at OB/GYN Clinic, 2nd floor, suite A225. Govt owned Sequoia Ultrasounic Scnanning maintained to meet JACHO standards to enhance patient safety. Period of Performance: 01 MARCH 2010 THRU 30 SEP 2010 and additional year option years. Sole Source determination is based on need to meet and maintain manufacturer's standard. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
