- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Contracts Department, Code 111, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, (NSWC PHD), California, intends to procure on a competitive, restricted to Small Business basis, the following items: Description: Erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), STMicroelectronics, P/N M27C4002-70C6 - A rewritable memory chip that holds its contents without power. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. The NAICS code is 334413 and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a competitive, restricted to SB action. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA requests responses from qualified sources. Attached the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N63394-10-T-0047. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20080722. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
