- List of References for Past Performance Information PWS RFQ No. FA5209-10-T-0169 Lease of One (1), 7-8-Passenger Van for Det2 PACAF AIRPS (Yokota Post Office). Gasoline engine driven, 2,300cc or over, automatic transmission, powred tinted UV cut windows, power brake with ABS, English speaking (or writing) GPS is required. Lease Period: 1 May 2010 - 30 Sep 2010 (Basic), 1 Oct 2010 - 30 Sep 2011 (Option One), 1 Oct 2011 - 30 Apr 2012 (Option Two). Total 2 years. Note. The contractor must have appropriate license of the Government of Japan. The car must have Japanese regular number plate, instead of military number plate. Also, the car must have regular Japanese insurances (both compulsory and voluntary). Yokota Post Office had 3 accidents in past 3 years. Therefore the rank of insurance level is the lowest. The insurance should have no age limitation. There sould be no indemnification. The leased car will be used for mail truck. The expected mileage for 2 years is 200,000km or 125,000 miles. Due to this long milega, at least once a month maintenance is required. 24 hours accident support is reuired. The contractor shall provide replacement vechicle/towing service at no cost to the Government. These costs, e.g. maintenance/repair cost, accident support cost, insurance, registration of GOJ, should be reflect to the monthly lease charge. You cannot claim them separately.
