- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific, Japan and Okinawa District seeks a contractor for a 5 year (1 base plus 4 options years) Bleacher - Repair, Installation, Removal, and Disposal Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contractor shall possess the knowledge, background, experience and capabilities to assess, design, obtain, deliver, install, repair and maintain seating systems found within Okinawa and Japan Districts. A. The seating systems offered may include, but are not limited to telescopic indoor facility seating/bleachers, portable indoor/outdoor bleachers, and other related seating systems. B. Repair/maintenance offered may include, but are not limited to design, inspection, evaluation and assessment consulting, repair, demolition and maintenance. Contractor is required to be certified by manufacturers to perform bleacher services. Current bleacher manufacturer brands installed: Interkal, Hussey, Game Time Inc, Furniture Leisure, and Built Rite. This list may be updated at time of solicitation. Current bleacher conditions shall be provided by the Government at time of solicitation. Projected period of performance to start on/about 28 May 2010. This shall be a competitive, unrestricted, best value trade off procurement in accordance with FAR 15.
