- Introduction: This is a modification to the prior special notice. To meet the USARIEMs needs, the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (ARIEM), is currently soliciting quote by way of GSA E-Buy system (RFQ441051) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. 1. Nature and description of the supplies or services required to meet the agency's needs: Purchase of new Dell computers to replace aging Dell equipment. 2.
