- Single award contract for the period Date of Award to February 28, 2011, for the Library of Congress. Specifications cover the production of self-cover publications. Anticipate approximately 11 per year, for approximately 10,000 to 15,000 copies per order, with approximately 16 to 36 pages per order. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Text prints four-color process; saddle-stitch in two places and trim three sides. Self mailers must be affixed with two Seal-O-Matic or similiar seals/tabs.
