- The Army CIO mentioned in SOW paragraph 11.2.4.3 is hereby enclosed for reference. DAPS intends to award based upon the enclosed draft schedule of CLINS. DAPS will award in the best interests of the goevernment. Awards may be accompleshed on the CLIN level resulting in multiple awards. Comments are invited by March 12, 2010 DAPS invites industry comments on the draft Statement of Work by March 12, 2010 Any reference to Areas is hereby deleted. Contract awards will be for the entire country of Korea. In addtiion, DAPS in order to award in the best interests of the Goverment, DAPS may award at the CLIN level thereby resulting in multiple contracts.
