- The TACOM Contracting Center, Warren, Michigan, intends to solicit, under a total small business set aside, a virtual animated prototype of the Quadruple Opposed Piston, Spherical Combustion Chamber, Compression Ignition Engine. This effort consists of a base period to deliver a virtual animated prototype and an option period, pending the results of the base period, to deliver a scale rapid prototype. It is anticipated that the period of performance shall be eight (8) months. The estimated release date of RFP W56HZV-10-R-A513 is 15 March 2010.
