- Solicitation Section M (revised March 1, 2010) Solicitation Section L (revised March 1, 2010) Solicitation Section J (revised March 1, 2010) Solicitation Section C (revised March 1, 2010) Solicitation Section B (revised March 1, 2010) Vendor Questions and Answers (Q&A), March 1, 2010 Amendment #1 The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to incorporate the Government's response to the questions received from interested Contractors. Based on Industry's comments and questions, revisions have been made to the APLES Solicitation Sections B, C, J, L, and M. Please refer to the Government's responses in the APLES Q&AMarch1 document as the revisions made to the APLES Solicitation Sections and corresponding Attachments are noted in that document. Perspective Offerors are asked to pay particular attention to the revisions made in the cost template spreadsheets in Section L, Attachment 4, and the instructions stipulated in Section L. The date for receipt of proposals remains 15 March 2010 at 3 PM EDT.
