- The description should have read: MICC Center Intends to award a firm fixed-price contract, utilizing FY10 OMA funds, to The Community Club, Fort Indian Town Gap, Building T-9-65, Annville, PA 17003, to provide meals to Soldiers attending the US Army 1st Recruiting Brigade Mobile Station Commander Course held at Fort Indian Town Gap, PA, during the period 15-27 Mar 10. Individuals will not have the transportation means to go anywhere else for these meals while at this training course. All individuals are in a TDY status. The logistics involved in having the meals provided at a different location will be labor intensive and will reduce the cost savings being realized by contracting on the installation.
