- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0108 is issued as a request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation (RF Communications Division), for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 24 each, P/N RF-9070 VHF/UHF Biconical High Power Antenna CLIN 0002 – Quantity 12 each, P/N RF-390-AT003 Multiband Vehicular Antenna CLIN 0003 – Shipping charges to St. Inigoes, MD (20684) Award is expected 09 Mar 2010. Delivery requested is 110 days ARO. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 08 Mar 2010, 4:00pm will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
