Best estimated quantity of 4 units. The government does not have or own a complete data package or testing equipment to compete and qualify a second source. Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage Code: 03640, is the Only Responsible Source. No other supplies and/or service will satisfy agency requirements per FAR 6.302.
