- Contracting Office Address: Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Dallas Regional Office, 7701 N. Stemmons Freeway., Dallas, Texas, United States Description: REQUIREMENT : The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) currently leases 9,250 square feet of hangar, office and related space in a hangar at Garner Field Municipal Airport, Uvalde, TX. CBP intends to award a Succeeding Lease and add approximately 13,750 square feet. CBP will consider other hangar space provided that the space meets the criteria in this announcement and the costs of moving, alterations, tenant improvements, information technology, telecommunications, security, occupancy agency mission, buy out costs, and other related factors associated with a possible relocation will be considered and can prove overall cost effectiveness. Occupancy must occur no later than December 31, 2010. LEASE TERM: Lease term is five (5) years, with two, five (5) year option periods. DELINEATED AREA: At the Garner Field Municipal Airport in Uvalde, Texas, with direct runway access and approximately 4 aircraft tie-down spaces, in close proximity to the existing Air Branch. The proposed lease should be partially serviced lease. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard. Firms that are interested in commenting on the Government's intent to award this procurement or in obtaining additional information regarding the procurement are requested to provide their written comments no later than 4:30pm CST, March 15, 2010.
