- "RECOVERY" THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO AN 8A CONTRACTOR. Request for Proposal (RFP) 40181RR032. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service contemplates entering into negotiation with Reilly Construction, Inc. under the SBA 8A program. The office plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contractor for the repair of water control structures and repair leaking system of earthen dikes at Cabo Rojo and Laguna Cartegena NWR.
