- Description
- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD to issue a Cost Plus Incentive Fee/Cost Plus Award Fee modification to Contract N00019-98-C-0190 on an other than full and open competition basis, with Raytheon Company, Falls Church, VA to provide additional Block 2 Version 4 (B2V4) software product requirements in support of the Vertical Take Off and Landing Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (VTUAV). Raytheon Company is the only firm with the unique knowledge, experience, technical expertise and understanding of the TCS design and system architecture to provide this additional support.
