- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, SanDiego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed pricecontract to Viasat, Inc. The procurement is for offsite repair of 16 each ModemMD-1324 with serial numbers 045, 090 173, 199, 212, 351, 367, 479, 672,696, 702, 771, 772, 811, 814 and 831.
