- Gila River Health Care Hu Hu Kam Hospital RFC - 02-FY10-FAC- Re-bid Fire Suppression System Site Utility Upgrade - Re-bid Gila River Health Care extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms to submit a formal sealed proposal as described there in. The GRHC requests proposals to install, as approved by the Gila River Fire Department (GRIC FD), and Gila River Indian Community - Department of Public Works (DPW), a new connection to the 12" water main along Blue Bird Road. This project is funded under the Federal Stimulus Package-American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. Ten percentage (10) points shall be given to the technical proposal of a qualified Native American owned or operated firm.
