- REV 1 Specifications for USCGC KEY BISCAYNE DD Repairs. Amendment 0002 to solicitation HSCG80-10-Q-PHMJ24, Drydock and Repairs to USCGC KEY BISCAYNE (WPB-1339). Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to provide Specification REV 1, dated 01 March 2010, to correct paragraph 1.1 of Work Item #53 to provide the correct SSDG that is to be covered under this Work Item and to add HSAR Clause 3052.223-70, which was omitted in the original solicitation package. The due date for offers remains unchanged as 4 Macrg 2010 at 2:00 PM, EST.
