Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Design and Construction Programs, Land Ports of Entry-Special Programs Office (PCBG) intends to negotiate a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside contract with all eligible SDVOSB's for Construction Management (CM) Services for the design and construction of a United States Land Port of Entry (LPOE) along the Northern Border at Maida, North Dakota. This SDVOSB set-aside is made pursuant to the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 (15 USC 657f) and offeror will be accepted only from SDVOSB certified firms. Solicitation 8PF-10-0046 will be issued using competitive procedures pursuant to FAR 19.1405. This is not a solicitation for offers. It is anticipated that Solicitation 8PF-10-0046 will be issued on or around April 1, 2010 and that a firm-fixed price award will be made. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Service Code (PSC) of C214.
