- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis to correct the O2N2 Concentrator Controller in the MV-22 and CV-22 aircraft. The Engineering Change will implement a standard chipset which will allow communication with the aircraft Avionics system. This negotiation will be conducted on a sole-source basis, procuring the O2N2 retrofit kits and installs. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Bell-Boeing directly.
