- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a full and open competition Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Engineering Software Support Services in accordance with the requirements set forth in the performance based Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW contains a description of the technical services required to support the enterprise engineering software projects within the Systems Integration Division. The contractor is required to provide a range of software engineering functions including requirements support, maintenance, development, testing, migration, documentation, configuration management support, process improvement, security accreditation, integration, distribution, installation and training. A single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a one year base period plus four (4) one year options is anticipated. A cost reimbursement type contract is anticipated. This action is unrestricted and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511. Solicitation number N62306-10-R-1S01applies. Issuance of the RFP is anticipated on/about 31 March 2010. The solicitation will be available under “Business Opportunities” at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) world-wide web site (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). Interested parties should independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any/all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for download of the solicitation and/or amendments (if any). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
