- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to demolish the existing aluminum storefront at the Rosa Parks Federal Building and replace it as described in the scope of work. All work shall be completed within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. The project is etimated between between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is a set-aside for small business. The NAICS is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 16, 2010; the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractors shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
