Description
The anticipated period of performance will be March 22, 2010 - June 30, 2010. WebPragma is the only source available to provide the enhancements and upgrades to the web-based sysytem within the critical timeframe deemed necessary by CDC. CDC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 & FAR Subpart 13 procedures. The vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: Task 1. The vendor shall provide computer programming services to: A. Reporting in quarterly intervals. B. Select through a menu which report(s) and which year(s) to generate and print. C. Enable users to copy-and-paste graph images from Internet Explorer into MS-Word and Power-Point. D. Allow users the ability to administer through a menu which users have access to reports for which jurisdiction. E. Allow the administrator to modify report templates through a menu and select which template to use for which jurisdiction. Task 2. The vendor shall test and deploy the system and mitigate any issues flagged by AppScan. Task 3. The vendor shall document system structure, database structures, coding rules, business logic/flow, and provide 80 hours of consultation time for questions, mitigate system issues and technical support over the life of the purchase order to assist with the transfer of the system to CDC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. All responses should be received by the March 14 2010, at 5 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST). All responses must be in writing and can be sent via email to iom2@cdc.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.
