Per FAR 6.302-5 a J&A is not required for this award. RECOVERY TAS::21 2022::TAS, PPS# 39223, Carpentry, Elec, Plumbing, HVAC, repairs multiple buildings Renovate Bldg 4622. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CONTRACT W91151-09-C-0028 WAS AWARDED TO Sierra Management of Belton, Texas, as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 19.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. The purpose of this project is to renovate the administrative space in building 4622. The work includes but is not limited the construction of new walls, replacement of sheetrock on interior walls, replacement of the exterior finish system, HVAC and electrical work.
