- RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new 73-foot trail bridge. Work to include removal of existing bridge, construction of abutments, steel beams, composite wood deck, timber hand rail, boardwalk, trail approach work, fill, channel work and riprap. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in Rutland, VT in Addison County. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Entity. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0458 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFP and will be available for downloading on or about 3/15/10 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
