- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30167 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the size standard is $14.0 Million. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for 1 job Installing piping, UV Light and a Centrifugal Pump. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions.
