- Section M Section L Statement of Objectives - 2 February 2010 Solicitation This requirement is being re-solicited/re-opened with the following changes to the original solicitation package: 1. An updated Statement of Objectives (SOO) dated 2 February 2010 supercedes the original SOO dated 14 July 2009. 2. Sections L and M have been updated to accommodate the changes made to the SOO. 3. All CLINs have been changed to reflect the requirement changes 4. Available funding for the initial 2 year period of performance identified in CLIN 0001 is $180,000. Unrealistic offers will not be evaluated for technical competency and will be eliminated from competition without review. 5. This requirement is a 100% Small business set-aside. 6. All questions regarding the requirements must be received by 17 March 2010.
