- Description
- This acquisition is to obtain, by the use of Other than Full and Open Competition, maintenance and repair services for the MarCor De-ionizing unit which will include all software update Maintenance and trouble shooting. Sole souce to MarCor is being sought for this maintenance. The MarCor De-ionizing systems are located at the Wilmington VAMC, Wilmington, DE. this award is necessary to meet the agency requirements. The Description of Services required is for maintenace and repair services which will include all software update Maintenance for the software systems and is to be conducted onsite at Wilmington VAMC, Wilmington, DE. The Marcor designed system units utilize proprietary software, automated features and parts within this system and its outlying components; therefore, these systems must and can only be maintained by MarCor. These systems are used for direct patient care and must be fully operational to be able to provide a diagnosis of problematic areas of cardiology and deep tissue damage to patients. Estimated time period is from March, 2010 through February 28, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewals. If anyone can supply this requirement, please contact Irene J.
