- PR NO: 0025270232– NSN: 6210-00-548-0601 – LIGHTING FIX WINDOW – DRAWING I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-DTL-16377/8B AMEND NR B TYPE NUMBER P/N M16377/8-0001 – CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE - CRITICAL This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 5467 each with a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted with full and open competition. Delivery requirement is 90 days (FAT 240) total of 330. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required. For registration procedures and information please call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the World Wide Web at http://ccr.edi.dsa.mil. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA – BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP.
