- This Solicitation is being issued as unrestricted for one Yard Truck delivered to the Defense Commissary Agency CDC located in Guam. The successful contractor’s responsibility will be to deliver the yard truck, properly braced and blocked to the point of embarkations, Port of Oakland, CA. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on March 9, 2010 and will close March 24, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. The NAICS code is 333924 and the Business Size Standard is 750. The solicitation will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. Offers will be received through reverse auction via the online procurement services, FedBid at www.fedbid.com.
