- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office OMAHA, NE The United States Government seeks to lease Office consisting of approximately 5,116 rentable square feet in OMAHA, NE within the following delineated area: Central Business District. The space should yield between 4,235 to 4,448 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 12 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
