- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY INDE PMIS # 028059 Rehabilitate Independence Hall Tower This project is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) action. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror's meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. SPECIAL NOTICE: An organized Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit has been scheduled for - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3, 2010, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. All offerors or quoters are encouraged to attend. Details on this meeting can also be found in the solicitation, Section L.15, Clause 52.236-27 Alt I Site Visit. Participants should advise Mr. Charlie Tonetti at (215) 597-8332 if they plan to attend so that appropriate accommodations can be provided. This meeting will be held at the Merchants' Exchange Building (also known as the Philadelphia Exchange), 143 South 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144 (located on the northeast corner of 3rd and Walnut Streets). Minutes from the Pre-proposal Conference will be posted electronically after the meeting as an amendment to this solicitation.
