- Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) is a partnering US ITER Project institution. PPPL is operated by Princeton University under Contract No. DE-AC02-09CH11466 with the U.S. Department of Energy. PPPL has a requirement for engineering support in its development of ITER In-Vessel Coil Stainless Steel Mineral Insulated Copper Conductor for Use in High Radiation and High Temperature Environments. The requirements are fully described in Statement of Work (SOW) No. USITER-18400-PD0010-ROO; dated February 25, 2010. PPPL RFP No. 10-042-R includes the SOW and also sets forth the complete instructions for proposal preparation and submittal, as well as the qualification and evaluation criteria, and basis of award. The RFP is posted on the PPPL website at http://procurement.pppl.gov. This announcement is a notification of RFP availability only. Interested parties should access the above-cited PPPL website to download the RFP. Proposals in response to this RFP must be received by PPPL by the date and time listed therein.
