- Description
- Task order project will include: removal of shower room addition, removal of cedar shingle roofing and replacement with metal shingle roofing, exterior painting, repair and restoration of porch, and construction of a concrete aggregate trail and parking pad. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Anticipated period of performance for this task order is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price task order on or before June 1, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
