- RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA No. DOLQ091A20943). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Growth Transitions Inc. DBA Maher & Maher under blanket purchase agreement number DOLQ091A20943. The Employment & Training Administration intends to award a task order to Growth Transitions Inc. DBA Maher & Maher. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contractor will provide technical assistance needs for ARRA Green Jobs and High Growth Competitive Grants. The contractor will develop grant summaries for Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA), develop updates for web pages, input data into the data management system related to the grantees, and develop other communication documents.
