- Amendment No. 1 - Interested offerors must return a signed copy of the SF 30 (Amendment No. 1) with their completed solicitation. Solicitation - updated for changes from Amendment No. 1 Amendment PO-01 is issued to delete the following clauses from the solicitation: 52.232-36, Payment by Third Party; B-FSS-90, Frequency of Orders; I-FSS-110, Monthly Supply Potential; and D-FSS-453, Packaging and Packing Information. Add clause 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Other than Central Contractor Registration by incorporating by reference in clause 52.212-5. Add clause 52.242-70, Status Report of Orders and Shipments. Interested offerors are responsible for downloading the Solicitation and Amendment on Fed Biz Opps. Interested offerors must return a signed copy of the SF 30 (Amendment No. 1) with their completed solicitation. This solicitation covers 19 National Stock Numbers (NSN's) consisting of FSC 8030 Miscellaneous Items for the GSA SOP Program. Items 2 and 19 are set-aside for small business and all other items are unrestricted. One item is on a Qualified Products List/Qualified Products Database (QPL/QPD). The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD's) are in accordance with Military Specifications or Commercial Item Descriptions. Only those manufacturers whose products appear on the QPL will qualify for an award. (If a distributor submits an offer, a letter of commitment from the qualified manufacturer must accompany the offer/package). Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB Origin with delivery to various domestic locations. The contract period will be 2 years with three one-year options. It will be a fixed SOP requirements contract with economic price adjustment. Evaluation Plan - Award will be made on an item by item basis, based on the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, FAR 15.101-2). This solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities, which can be accessed through the Internet at address http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
