- The government is interested in determining whether an upper air sensor is available as on off-the-shelf item. The government is seeking information on system capabilities, size, features, accuracy, and portability of an upper air sensor. The sensor should be deployable by laser or via portions of the electronic magnetic spectrum. Prospective offerors should submit descriptive literature and other information, such as price, availability, and contract number to the contracting officer at the e-mail address shown. Questions should also be addressed to the contracting officer.
