Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A facility that will provide 30 sleeping rooms from 5-12 March and 1conference room accommodate 35 soldiers with audio visual from 5-11 March. 30 sleeping rooms from 19-22 March. The facility must have a full restaurant and business support services on site. Hotel must provide audio/visual services including LCD projectors, screens, (1 large screen that can be seen throughout room), and high speed internet access in the conference areas. Hotel must be within 5 miles of Airport provide transportation from airport to hotel and returning to airport. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
