Description: Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) requests proposals for the Design & Fabrication of Four each Submersible Mixer Pumps and option to procure up to 12 additional pumps through September 30, 2018. The requested work is in support of WRPS's Prime Contract DE-AC27-08RV14800 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection. This requirement will proceed using a Two-Step bidding process as outlined in the attached RFP. At this time WRPS is requesting interested parties submit technical proposals without pricing (Step One). Step Two, request for Pricing Proposals, will be requested at the conclusion of the technical evaluations and discussions. Additional information regarding the pumps required and instructions for the preparation and submission of proposals are contained in the RFP.
