- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, Pacific Rim Region, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a task order award utilizing an existing Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Term Contract for Construction Management.
