- LTC PROJECT RA10060005, 1680-01-123-7645, GRIP ASSEMBLY, HOIST. Manufacture IAW Boeing Helicopter, CAGE 77272, P/N 145ES017-1, AND Guardian Electric Manufacturing, CAGE 73949, P/N A218-966375-00. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 124 each for the base period and option periods. 104 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Destination. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Item is of critical application. Source Control applies. Configuration control applies. Formal cost or pricing data is required. Small Business Subcontracting plan may be required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
