- COMPLETE SOLICITATION FOR GASTRO BPA The Government is preparing to issue a call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Boston Scientific for the replenishment, when required, of the items listed in Section C of the attached. Vendors who desire to have their products evaluated for consideration when the Government awards the next BPA may submit their products for review, making sure to adhere to the Brand Name or Equal provision in the solicitation.
