- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. Joint Base Myer, Henderson Hall, Department of Public Works, Ft Myer, Virginia has a requirement for replacement of entire HVAC System at various locations on to Fort myer, VA. This requirement is being set aside as a 100% small business Set-Aside competitive procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z164 and the NAICS Code is 238220. The solicitation will be issued/posted to the FedBiz and will be available for downloading at the fedbizopps website (https://www.fbo.gov) on or about 15 March 2010. The size standard is $14,000,000. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must be registered in Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov prior to receiving any contract award.
